A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and success in every situation and action.Some people consider the subject of positive thinking as nonsense, and others make fun of people who do it. Many people who do accept it really don’t know how to use it effectively to get results. There are many books on this subject and it is getting more popular everyday. It is common to hear people say: “Think positive!”, to someone who feels down and worried. Most people do not take these words seriously and they do not consider them as useful and effective.
Positive or Negative Thinking are contagious. All of us have an affect on one another. This happens instinctively and on a subconscious level. Our thoughts and feelings are transferred through our body language. People sense our energy and are affected by our thoughts. Most of us choose to be around positive people and try to stay away from negative ones. People are more anxious to help us if we are positive. They dislike and avoid anyone who is constantly negative. Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative moods and actions. When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood which can cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.
