So what happens when these attacks come for NO apparent reason. These are called ‘Panic attacks’ and can cause stomach problems and discomfort, fear, blurred vision and many other symptoms. The onset of these episodes usually come on very quickly. Although these episodes may seem random, they are a response commonly referred to as fight or flight that occur out of context. When I started having CranioSacral Therapy I was having migraine headaches on a weekly basis. I had actually been having them off and on for about 40 years. I had been to doctor’s, and chiropractor’s and eye doctor’s for a long time and I would get temporary relief but they always came back. After a few months my headaches began to subside. It has been over 10 years now with NO migraine. When I am under stress I will sometimes still get the blindspots in my eyes but if I stop what I am doing and rest, it never developes beyond that.

Yeast infections in pregnant women are a type of vaginal infection. Through touch, babies first learn the comfort and security of loving and of being loved.
• Choose a room that is warm and draft-free so you can sit on the floor or on a bed with the baby in front of you on a pillow or blanket.
• Take a few deep breaths to relax before you begin.
• Make sure your hands are clean and warm, and rub in a way that your fingernails don’t scratch the baby’s skin.
• Use some cold-pressed, natural oil such as coconut or canola oil. Choosing something unscented lets your baby bond to you with your scent first.
• Begin with the legs and feet using slow, gentle strokes. Babies are delicate, but too light a touch can be ticklish and aggravating. If your baby splays her fingers or toes, or avoids your gaze and looks away, you may be using too much pressure. If your baby clenches her fists in front of her chest, don’t try to pull her arms apart, wait until your baby relaxes. Some infants are extremely sensitive and can’t deal with a lot of touching in the beginning.
• Massage your baby for about 15 minutes, stroking both sides of the body symmetrically. Go slowly at the beginning so your baby can gradually get used to the new sensations.
• Stop if your baby cries. You cannot force a baby to relax. Try again when the baby is more receptive.
